Of course you can! However, as property hunters, it’s our job to keep our finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the local market which means we often get access to opportunities before they even come onto the open market. We also proactively search for property on your behalf to ensure you’ve got the best chance of finding that perfect next property. 

Whilst property portals and agents are one source of property leads we work with, we also work on sourcing “off market” opportunities. This enables us to find properties that never come onto the market, giving you the edge over other property buyers.

Absolutely! In fact, it’s probably the thing we do most for our clients. We’ll discuss what your property investment goals are and then put together a plan to achieve those. Whilst our “specialist subject” is residential investment (single lets, HMOs, flips etc) we also offer commercial and land sourcing for investors interested in those strategies. 

Definitely not! We want to make property buying services accessible to anyone that needs help finding their ideal property. We operate a transparent fee structure with an upfront fixed fee once you decide you’d like to proceed and a % of the purchase price payable on exchange of contracts. More often than not, what we save you in time and money more than pays for our fee! 

We certainly do! The process is exactly the same in terms of how we search and agree deals. There are slight nuances to how you can purchase property as an overseas investor, but we’ll work with you to ensure everything’s done correctly and above board. 

Whilst we are not estate agents, we can help you sell your property off market if that’s how you’d prefer to proceed. As we work with buyers, we can look at your property and see whether it’s something we can work with you on. If however, you’d like to sell via traditional methods, we have a national network of estate agents we work with who we can refer you onto. 

Sometimes (although very rarely) we might not be able to find you a suitable property. As the bulk of our fee is only payable on successful completion of a purchase, there would be no further fees to pay. This incentivises us to work as hard as possible for you and also gives you confidence we’re on the case.
