Mark’s the Founder of Miramar Property Hunters and has over 18 years experience in the property industry, initially as an agent before setting up his own property investment consultancy in 2014.
As an agent, Mark worked with thousands of buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants and understands so understands the process inside out, making him the perfect property hunter.
Experienced in on market, as well as off market lead generation, Mark is notorious for finding properties for clients, even if the owner didn’t know they wanted to sell at the time!
Currently based in North Yorkshire, just north of York, Mark’s primarily focused on helping clients who are looking for property in the North.
Mark specialises in helping investors build residential portfolios that meet their needs, whether it be cashflow, capital appreciation, short term profits, or all of the above!
When Mark’s not property hunting for clients (and himself) you’ll usually find him on the golf course or spending time with his family in the North York Moors where he lives.
