Struggling to make the numbers work when you're looking for property investment deals?

It's NOT because there aren't deals out there! It's because you probably don't have clarity on what "good" looks like and more importantly what your "sweet spot" is.

When I talk about "sweet spot" I mean identifying deals where the numbers work for what you're looking to achieve and that you can find over and over again.

No, that doesn't mean your offers will always be accepted! But it does mean you'll make more offers which will inevitably lead to more deals being agreed!
